During times of epidemics or other health threats rural governments run awareness campaigns, issue advisories that are hardly taken in earnest. Gross ignorance persists about basics of health, hygiene and diseases in urban and rural areas. Most in the countryside do not distinguish between MBBS, MD and RMP. The 'red' capsule you gave me is not as effective as the 'green' one gave earlier, although the ingredients, even brand was same, only colour was changed. More pathetic than lack of knowledge about health & disease is unwillingness to learn. Most of them own smartphone, but they seem to prefer its use elsewhere!
