4 youths arrested from Andhra for gangrape of minor cousins

Police Saturday arrested four youths from Andhra Pradesh on charge of abduction and gangrape of two minor cousins under Golanthara police limits in Berhampur police district.
The accused, identified as K Shiva, 21, K Sai, 21, G Gareya, 21, and N Srinu, 22, were arrested from undisclosed locations in Andhra Pradesh during multiple raids at various places.
Accused K Sai is the mastermind behind the crime and is the son of the village head. This was stated here by Berhampur SP Sarvana Vivek M at a presser held at the police headquarters Saturday.
All the four accused were produced in the court after a medical examination was conducted on them and the two survivors. A case (240/25) was previously registered in this connection. The mobile phones and bikes of the accused have been seized.
