A CUTE terraced cottage that is believed to be the smallest in its village is set to go to auction for a bargain price later this month.
The property at 18 Hillside, Castle Donington, lies in the heart of the village, offering a range of nearby shops, cafes, pubs and bars - and even an easy escape from the area, with East Midlands Airport just a stone’s throw away.
The home requires some “modernisation”, according to SDL Property Auctions, but that doesn’t take anything away from the cottage’s potential to be a nifty little home for someone who's happy to wait for it.
