Housebuilder exchanges contracts for Fairham's phase four

HOUSEBUILDER Lovell Partnerships has exchanged contracts on a 13-acre parcel of land at Fairham, the sprawling housing development that is bringing thousands of new houses to 606 acres of land south of Clifton.

Lovell Partnerships plans to deliver 199 homes, subject to planning permission, with 100 expected to be classed as affordable.
The company said its scheme would contribute to the continued growth of one of the region's “most significant new communities”.
