Gourmet burger bar branches out

ONE of Nottingham city centre's most popular gourmet burger joints is expanding.

BOHNS Best Burgers will be opening a second restaurant in a Nottinghamshire village.

Since opening in Broad Street, Hockley, in October 2018, the chefs have wowed burger lovers with favourites such as the Steak Mate, Rump Rub, the Torero topped with chorizo, and the Blue, with Stilton cheese.

The new venue will be The Chapel in Edwinstowe, a farm-to-fork restaurant which closed on Sunday after just four months of selling brunches, small plates, Sunday roasts and cocktails. The owners the same team as BOHNS - said it had been "an incredibly difficult decision for us, and one that's taken a lot of thought and reflection. The Chapel has meant so much to us and we know it's meant a lot to many of you too."
