Five go live for first time in a quarter-century

ON Tuesday night a packed crowd at the Motorpoint Arena were transported back in time for a true nostalgic party and a night to remember.
After 25 years apart, the multi-platinum-selling band Five are finally back together again, reuniting with all the original members for a massive UK arena tour which sold out within three hours.
Mixing swagger, harmonies and boundless energy, Scott Robinson, Ritchie Neville, Sean Conlon, Abz Love and Jason “J” Brown immediately reminded the crowd why they were one of Britain’s defining late 90s pop acts.
Many of the crowd were not even born at the height of Five's success, but nevertheless they were instantly on their feet for set opener Slam Dunk (Da Funk) - and they stayed there for the whole 90-minute set.
