FROM marshmallow DIPAs to student-brewed beer - the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival has it all.
Tasked with the job of finding some of the weirdest and most wonderful concoctions that the festival has to offer, here are my thoughts on the beverages that push the boundaries.
After the IPA boom in the 2010s, with punters swearing they needed more bitter tastes and strange aromas in their locals, beer and cider has only evolved further.
Seeing butterscotch toffee stout in your flat top pub is now a common occurrence. After perusing the stalls on Wednesday, I've tracked down some of the festival's most eccentric flavours from the more than 600 on offer.
