Community centre is going back on market

ENTIRE SITE TO BE SOLD BY COUNCIL
A COMMUNITY centre that first closed in 2019 is going back on the market.
The intention is to redevelop the centre.
Highbury Vale Community Centre in Brooklyn Road, Bulwell, was used as a polling station, as well as by Bulwell Toy Library for winter play sessions and the Sikh Youth and Community Services group for storage.
It has been largely unused for regular hire, Nottingham City Council says.
In 2021 the council said part of the centre was surplus to operational requirements, but the authority has now made a decision to put the entire site up for sale.
