A LANDMARK social club off the Hucknall high street has gone on the market as a potential investment opportunity.

The freehold of the Constitutional Club, in Portland Road, was marked available for sale by Savills in recent weeks. The club only recently closed its doors before the listing appeared on Rightmove for £375,000. The listing states that there is potential for it to continue in its current use, with notes stating it could be converted to a commercial or residential premises, subject to planning applications being submitted to the local council.
