THE summer of entertainment across Devon is well under way, meaning there are less than two months to go until one of the county's highlights as Bear Grylls' family festival returns to Powderham Castle.
The Gone Wild festival provides an amazing and adventurous finale to the summer, giving families the opportunity to enjoy big name acts, inspirational speakers and outdoor pursuits and activities for all ages.
And this year's no exception with headliners including returns by Sophie Ellis Bextor, Ministry of Sound Classical and Clean Bandit on the bill. The four-day extravaganza is kicked off with a welcome party featuring crazy caper favourites Dick & Dom and Bez from the Happy Mondays.
There are live performances all weekend on the main stage with The Zutons, Professor Green, The Selecter and Lucy Spraggan also on the line up.
Little ones can enjoy seeing their favourite TV stars live, with appearances from Hacker T. Dog, Katie Thistleton, Maddie Moate and more. Plus, Gone Wild favourites One Fire and Rescued will take centre stage in an exciting new venue, The Clubhouse.
From pop and dance anthems to DJ sets, tribute acts, rock bands and even a 30-piece orchestra - there's a little bit of everything at Gone Wild for everyone to enjoy.
