Collecting dog rewarded for efforts

A GOLDEN retriever named Henry has been awarded two more silver medals after collecting £500 for charity at Woody Bay Station on the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway.

On Saturday, June 15, the much-loved dog was presented with his third and fourth medals in recognition of his fundraising efforts.
Henry, owned by Dr John Bond, a volunteer at the heritage railway, continues a proud tradition of railway collecting dogs dating back to the 19th century.
