50 Women Undergo Free Health Screening at Bhilai Steel Township Hospital under ‘Mission Lakshmi Initiative

A comprehensive health awareness and screening camp was organised under Mission Lakshmi at the Bhilai Ispat kalyan Chikitsalay on 23rd April 2025 for female cleanliness workers.

The initiative was jointly undertaken by the CSR Department and the Medical & Health Services (M&HS) Department of SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant, as part of their continued commitment to community well-being and women’s health empowerment.
As many as 50 women, including cleanliness workers and adolescent girls, underwent free health check-ups. They were provided consultations on gynaecological issues, reproductive health cancers, balanced nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices.
