Two subsidiaries of Tata Sons, operating in the real estate and infrastructure segments, are set to raise as much as ₹2,900 crore ($330 million) through short-term debt sale over the next two months, two merchant bankers said on Monday.

Tata Housing Development could raise around ₹1,900 crore, while Tata Realty and Infrastructure (TRIL) could come up with an issue to raise ₹1,000 crore, the bankers said. “Both the companies should complete the issuance before December-end. The tenor is being finalized
