This first-ever Hilton Honors experience in India brought together a select group of guests for an intimate evening with Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra. The event combined unforgettable experiences, immersive dining, and a menu that showcased a creative fusion of Indian and Japanese flavours. Designed by Conrad Bengaluru's executive chef, Mohammed Eliyaz, the six-course menu was inspired by Malhotra's love for Japanese cuisine and Indian culinary heritage, incorporating elements that reflected his personal tastes.
