Carrying a ₹60,000 outstanding credit card balance can affect your credit score, mainly through credit utilization and repayment behaviour. With a ₹1 lakh limit, your credit utilization ratio is about 60%, while lenders prefer it below 30-40%. Staying at a high CUR can drag down your score, as it signals greater reliance on credit and lower financial flexibility. If ₹60,000 is a large share of your limit, the negative impact becomes more pronounced.
