L’Oréal board in India next week
Mint Hyderabad
|October 04, 2025
The board of French cosmetics giant L’Oréal, the world’s largest beauty group, will visit India next week to explore opportunities in one of the fastest-growing beauty markets. The first such visit comes amid recent management changes at the Indian arm of the Maybelline lipstick maker.
While India remains a value-driven market, global firms are launching beauty products to capitalize on rising demand for international brands. “The board is coming to study market opportunity since growth among new customers is in India,” said a person aware of developments at the company.
Its board will visit Mumbai, where the firm has its India headquarters, the person said, asking not to be identified.
