Minority investors in Ecom Express, holding roughly 0.6% of the e-commerce logistics firm, are weighing their avenues for divesting stakes. This follows the company's announcement of sale to larger rival Delhivery.
Delhivery's proposed buyout of Ecom Express—99.4% owned by Warburg Pincus, Partners Group, and British International Investment (BII)—left approximately 10 minority investors, with 0.6% to explore exit options.
