Religare Finvest cleared of RBI curbs

Religare Enterprises Ltd (REL) on Wednesday said the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has withdrawn the conditions imposed under corrective action plan (CAP) on debt-ridden Religare Finvest Ltd (RFL) with immediate effect.

The RBI had imposed CAP on RFL, a subsidiary of REL, in January 2018 due to the irregularities observed during the inspection for its position as on 31 March 2017.
