Emmvee plans IPO to raise ₹3,000 cr

Makers of solar photovoltaic modules and solar cells Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd on Sunday filed preliminary papers with capital markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to raise ₹3,000 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO comprises fresh issue of shares worth ₹2,143.86 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares valued ₹856.14 crore by promoters, according to the draft red herring prospectus
