Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Thursday expressed deep displeasure over the breach of the Lutti dam in Balrampur-Ramanujganj district.
RAIPUR: Issuing a stern warning, he said such a mistake will not be tolerated under any circumstances in the future.
