RCBC net profit surges to P8.2B on loan growth

Yuchengco-led Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) reported a 32-percent surge in unaudited consolidated net income to P8.2 billion in the first nine months of 2025, fueled by rising interest and fee-based earnings.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the bank said it registered a 13-percent expansion in gross customer loans and a 25-percent increase in fee income performance.
RCBC President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Reggie Cariaso said the improving financial results reflect the progress of the bank’s focused and coordinated growth strategy.
“Our continued momentum in the consumer segment affirms that our deliberate approach anchored on data-driven decisions, prudent risk management, and collaboration across businesses continues to drive sustainable growth for the bank,” he noted.
