SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union The police chief of Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte and three of his colleagues were relieved from their posts after a video of a lawman hurting a complainant at the police station over the weekend went viral online.
Ilocos Norte police chief Police Col. Frederick Obar ordered the relief of the four lawmen in a press conference on Tuesday.
