PAGASA: Up to 4 cyclones may enter PAR in September

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that two to four tropical cyclones may form or enter the Philippine Area of responsibility (PAR) in September.
The next names on the list of tropical cyclones are Jacinto, Kiko, Lannie, and Mirasol.
