P5-B coastal township to rise in Batangas

Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), Megaworld Corp.'s integrated tourism and leisure townships subsidiary, is initially allotting P5 billion for the next five years to develop a 116-hectare (ha) beachside property in Nasugbu, Batangas.
During the firm's annual stockholders' meeting, GERI President Monica T. Salomon said, "The company intends to scale up its development footprint this year" with the launch of the Batangas tourism estate and the 112-hectare ha mixed-use township in Cagayan de Oro announced last December 2024.
