According to the Malabon City Police Station (MCPS), the victim was attacked around 2 a.m. on Dec. 1, along Kagitingan Street, where he was struck with a baseball bat.

Sandoval said all forms of violence have no place in the city and should never be tolerated, emphasizing that such acts take lives and disrupt the peace of the community.

Any act that takes a life and destroys the peace of our community is never acceptable)," she said.
