A man was killed in a gun battle with police after he shot and killed his longtime foe and a peacemaker on Sunday morning, Aug. 31, in Barangay Labas, this city.
Investigation said the victim Victor was standing when the suspect Nestor armed with a .38 caliber gun arrived and shot him.
