Kin of suspects in murder of cop seek fair probe

The relatives of the suspects in the killing of a police captain are calling for a fair investigation.
Leonardo Manto Jr. and Johnrey Manto were taken into custody by the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) after they surrendered days after the killing on Saturday night, Oct. 25, in Sudlon 2, a mountain barangay here.
Leonardo was tagged as the prime suspect and admitted the crime in an interview with a local radio station on Wednesday, Oct. 29.
While he admitted the crime, Leonardo said he didn't know that the persons who they engaged in an alleged shootout were policemen.
