Big oil rollback set for Tuesday

After a week marked by two phases of price increases, motorists can finally expect a reprieve at the pump as oil prices are set to drop in the first week of July.
Effective Tuesday, July 1, the price of gasoline will decrease by 1.40 per liter, while diesel will decrease by P1.80 per liter.
Kerosene is also set to drop by 2.20 per liter.
Shell Pilipinas, Seaoil, and Cleanfuel are among the oil companies that have announced these adjustments.
Subsequently, public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers will receive discounts from Petron, Shell, Caltex, and Cleanfuel, in lieu of the recent staggered price increases.
