MUM TELLS OF TERROR OVER 'PETROL BOMB' ATTACK ON FAMILY HOME

- GRETA SIMPSON

I was screaming to my children, 'get out, get out

A MUM has described the terrifying moment she had to flee her home with her children after a suspected petrol bomb attack.

Emergency services descended on Birch Hall Lane at around 9.30pm on Wednesday following reports of a fire.

The M.E.N. understands that the family house had been struck by a petrol bomb put through the living room window.

The family a mother and her children - had been inside at the time but all managed to escape unharmed. The mum, who did not wish to be named, said she had been in the living room at the time of the incident, which has left her shaken.
