Her work through YLC centres on empowering young women to lead ethically, think globally, and create lasting social impact. “YLC (as an initiative of IWFSA) exists to develop the next generation of young female ethical leaders,” she explains. “I come from a background where I was often in the minority,” she says of the corporate world and upbringing, “and I thought, if I can do this, then others can too.”
