Providing a good service isn't rocket science

SOME years ago, I lived in a house big enough to require a couple of large skips per month.

I signed up with Cheshire East (or whatever name they gave themselves for this world-shattering operation).

It required a large, heavy, specialist truck to carry out this daring operation plus two operatives.

I have to say the driver and his mate were very nice chaps who never refused a brew.

All-in-all, I was quite happy with the service provided until their charges became a little too much.

A quick comparison intimated they were the most expensive in the market.

Moreover, contact with their office was slow, often taking a week to deal with any minor request.
