New parade route as details revealed of MaccPride day

THE line-up for MaccPride 2005 has been announced, promising an afternoon of fun and entertainment.
Organisers of the event, which takes place on Macclesfield Market Place on Saturday, July 5, say it will celebrate diversity, promote equal-ity, increase visibility and reduce negativity.
A parade will leave from Christ Church, Bridge Street, at 11am with a new slightly longer route.
Once the procession arrives at the Market Place, Stella Black and GemiTy will kick off entertainment on the main stage.
Although times are subject to change this should be at around midday.
