Severely injured puppy left in street

A LITTLE dachshund puppy had to be put to sleep after she was dumped in a street in Wigan.

A member of the public spotted a man callously abandoning the pup in a public garden on City Road, near the Johnsons Garage. The dog was ‘so pale and cold’, the RSPCA said.

She had a broken spine, factures to her pelvis, multiple puncture wounds on her body .

Tragically, she had to be put to sleep at just five-months-old.
