Mum's attempt to regain her pre-baby body backfired badly
A MUM'S attempt to get back her pre-baby body with a '£90 skinny jab' almost killed her after she collapsed, vomiting blood.
Gill Riley started using the GLP1-class weight loss injections in September when she hit 12st 3lbs and her diet had 'stopped working.
The drugs, initially developed for diabetes treatment, have become popular for weight loss due to their appetite-suppressing effects.
The 43-year-old shrank from a size 14 to a size 10, shedding 1st 4lbs in just three months, bringing her down to 10st 5lbs.
Despite feeling unwell in December, the 5ft 4in retail worker dismissed it as a seasonal flu.
