Lakers obtain Carr in draft-night trade

A swap with Knicks lands athletic Baylor guard with 7-foot-2 wingspan, big vertical.
In the first round of the NBA draft, the Lakers agreed to a trade with the New York Knicks, acquiring Cameron Carr, whom the Knicks had selected with the 24th pick in the first round Tuesday night.
The Lakers then took guard Sergio De Larrea from Spain with the 25th pick and sent him to the NBA champion Knicks, along with cash considerations. The Lakers went to Spain recently to watch De Larrea work out.
