HORSES sharing the names of popular nearby beaches are no strangers to the winner's enclosure at Ffos Las.
In the last decade the likes of Pobbles Bay, Three Cliffs Bay and Oxwich Bay - all owned by David Williams and trained by Evan Williams - have tasted success at the track.
And now we can add Torbay to that particularly niche roll of honour. The Emma Lavelle-trained two-year-old joined the list by winning the opening race of Ffos Las’s evening meeting last week.
