With Everton's appeal against Michael Keane's three-game suspension having failed, David Moyes has at least two enforced changes to make for the FA Cup third round tie at home to Sunderland. The most straightforward one is surely restoring Dwight McNeil to the left wing in place of Jack Grealish.
