Liverpool favourite Roger Sanchez tells us what to expect when he joins the stellar line-up of DJs at Glitterbox later this month

FROM his number one smash hit Another Chance to his legendary record label Release Yourself and his memory-making nights at Pacha, Ibiza, the S-Man Roger Sanchez needs no introduction.

At the forefront of the house music sene for almost four decades now, the New York-born DJ, producer and label boss is beloved by the Liverpool crowds.

His uplifting and driving sets are designed to make your body move and he is guaranteed to get the dance floor rocking when he plays at Glitterbox later this month. But first he found time to answer a few questions for me...

You have graced the Liverpool ECHO clubs column so many times I feel like there should be some kind of honour for you.

Are you excited to be coming to join us again for Glitterbox?

Absolutely! Liverpool has to be one of the most musically relevant cities of all time, given the history of talent that has either come from there or been celebrated there.

It's been one of my favourite cities in the UK to play for quite a long time and I'm looking forward to playing there again with Glitterbox.

You always get a warm welcome in the city though don't you?

Liverpool has always shown me love and I return it.
