THE Southport Inquiry has heard of an incident in which child murderer Axel Rudakubana kicked his father in the testicles as social services reported he "dominated" his family.

The inquiry at Liverpool Town Hall, heard yesterday about the killer - referred to as AR - and his interactions with social services from Lancashire County Council in the years before he murdered three young girls in July 2024.

Inquiry counsel Nicholas Moss probed the actions of Lancashire County Council's Youth Justice Service, which had come into contact with AR after he had gone into his old school and attacked another child with a hockey stick in 2019.
