Kickboxing teen's target after winning sixmedals
Dumbarton kickboxing teen Maia Bisley added more to an already heaving trophy cabinet with a stunning weekend of success in Hungary at the weekend - as she fights for the dream of one day stepping in the Octagon.
The 15-year-old, who trains out of Braveheart Martial Arts in Glasgow, scooped an incredible haul of six gold medals at the Kickboxing World Cup in Budapest one of the biggest events in the sport's calendar.
The Dumbarton Academy pupil shone through once again to claim gold in her 'older cadet' age category across both the -60kg and -65kg events.
She claimed every title available in the two weight classes, blowing away the competition in the points, light contact and kick light bouts.
