PROPERTIES TO BE A MIX OF PREMIUM AND 'AFFORDABLE'
A HUGE 365-home plan has emerged for Leicestershire.
Developers are now looking to get residents' views on the proposal which would be a mix of "premium" and "affordable" homes.
The development, which has yet to be submitted to planning officials, would see Barratt Redrow and David Wilson Homes build the homes on land east of Kirby Muxloe, near Leicester Forest East, and next to the M1.
If approved, the plan would form part of the wider Blaby District Council local plan with around two-thirds of the proposal being "premium homes", while 25 per cent would be classed as "affordable".
The plans feature a significant proportion of bungalows.
