Leicester Mercury
|November 28, 2025
ENGLAND internationals Freddie Steward and Joe Heyes return to Gallagher PREM action for Leicester Tigers tonight.
-
Heyes and Steward, who both featured in three of England’s Autumn International Series victories, are in the team for the trip to Newcastle Red Bulls (7.45pm).
They are joined by former Newcastle duo Adam Radwan and Jamie Blamire, who return to Kingston Park for the first time since joining Tigers earlier this year.
Radwan's fellow winger Ollie Hassell-Collins also returns from England A duty and prop Nicky Smith is back in action after his spell with Wales.
Hanro Liebenberg leads the side in the absence of captain Ollie Chessum, who is recovering from a foot injury.
Tigers go into the game in fifth place in the PREM table, a point behind Saracens, who play second-placed Bath on Sunday.
Newcastle will be hoping to end a 12-month wait for a Gallagher PREM victory tonight.
