YOUNGSTERS from Leicester martial arts club Tigerz Gym are celebat-ing their success after winning six titles over two major champion-ships.
The club kicked off by winning four titles at the AFSO Midlands Junior Thai Boxing Championships which were hosted in Leicester.
Sara Khan, eight, beat Summer Pioro, fighting out of the Guts Over Fear gym, based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
Sara outscored Summer, mainly on the backfoot, with more effective and clinical kicks and knees.
By the final round, the power of Sara's attacks was having a visible effect and a stoppage looked possi-ble, but the fight went the distance and Sarah secured victory on points.
Ayra Manjra, 11, was up against Amaleigh Griffiths, from SO8 Muay Thai, based in Falmouth, Cornwall.
