Doyle may be the ideal fit for Foxes

FORMER loanee Callum Doyle should be back on Leicester City’s radar as he looks for a permanent transfer this summer.

Defender Doyle, right, who helped City to win the Championship last season, has spent the past year on loan at Norwich.

It was his fourth spell away from Manchester City, having previously been to Sunderland and Coventry, and he's now looking to leave the Etihad Stadium for good and settle down somewhere.

"I think (a permanent move) is the next aim for me," Doyle told the Pink Un, who cover Norwich.

"It's my fourth loan now, and I've been all over the country.

"I've loved playing here and at Carrow Road. The fans are great, so you never know (about a return). It just depends on what happens in the summer, to be honest."

Doyle played 17 league games during City's Championship triumph, starting every match early in the campaign before a knee injury ruled him out for a few months.
