IT’S three wins out of three for England in the autumn internationals, and Saturday's 33-19 triumph over new Zealand was undoubtedly the biggest and most significant so far.

Australia were under-strength, Fiji are improving but not in the very top ranks of the international game, but New Zealand is a very different story.

While they have had to give the South Africans the top spot of late, and are perhaps not the all-conquering force they once were, wins against them are still so rare that they are talked about individually!

England not only won, but also came from behind (for reference, that doesn’t happen against the All Blacks) and arguably were not entirely at their best for the first quarter of the game. Certainly they didn’t score the points they probably deserved until late on.
