Boulter bows out in second round after shock defeat

KATIE Boulter's Wimbledon campaign came to an end after a disappointing three-set defeat against lower-ranked Solana Sierra, writes Will Jennings, of Sportsbeat, at Wimbledon.
The 28-year-old Leicestershire star suffered a 6-7(7) 6-2 6-1 loss against the Argentinian as she crashed out in the second round for the second year running.
Boulter had battled into a one-set lead on Court 1 but after lucky loser Sierra, 21, levelled in a one-sided second, she carried that momentum into the decider to race over the line.
