Roads classed as 'high risk' for biker crashes

Now routes in and around Stoke-on-Trent have been included in this year's 'Ride it Right' campaign.

The initiative is aimed at reducing the number of collisions involving motorbikes. A total of eight routes in the county and Potteries have been named by the Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership (SSRP) to be included in this year's initiative.

The campaign involves bight yellow "Think Bike' signs going up. The aim is to ask drivers to be more aware of motorbikes and to urge bikers to ride carefully.
