'Wolves of Barton' making good progress with charity

The stray dogs who sparked a social media frenzy are receiving specialist support from a charity ahead of any possible plans for their future.

The 'Wolves of Barton' were spotted roaming the streets and fields in the north of Preston on October 30 before being round up by police dog handlers.

Many were speculating about what breed of dogs they are, from social media experts to actual ones, and they were passed to Preston City Council.
