The new Youth Zone and Foxton take shape – what their leaders say

Tim Jacques, chief executive of Vault Youth Zone, said: “We are proud to have been involved in the development of Preston’s Youth Strategy especially through the involvement of our own Young Peoples Development Group. They help us make key decisions for the Youth Zone and we feel it is hugely important that young people generally have a voice and influence. This encourages them to feel more connected to and engaged in the city we call home. This can only be a positive for Preston’s future.
