A man has been ordered to carry out unpaid work and pay compensation after racially abusing a security guard and biting a police officer.

Preston Magistrates' Court heard that Carl Hayes was approached by security guards at Preston Crown Court after repeatedly shouting the word 'P*ki' at another man on December 12. Among them was security guard Haroon Khan who was subjected to threat
